All Feathers tutorials are digital, and you can start watching the moment you check out. We stand behind every one of them. If a tutorial isn't what you expected, email us at jace@jwmedia.ai within 30 days of your purchase and we'll make it right. Depending on what works best for you, that can be:
- Extra help from Heath with your build
- A swap for a different tutorial
- A full refund of what you paid for that tutorial
How to ask
Email jace@jwmedia.ai with your order number (or the email you checked out with) and a quick note about what wasn't right. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and access to a refunded tutorial ends once the refund is processed.
Bundles and sale purchases
The guarantee covers tutorials bought in a bundle or on sale. A refund covers what you actually paid for that tutorial, after any bundle savings or sale pricing.
Access problems or the wrong tutorial
If you can't get into your tutorial, a link doesn't work, or you were given the wrong tutorial, email jace@jwmedia.ai and we'll fix it right away. This is always covered, no matter when you bought.
After 30 days
After 30 days, sales are final. You can still message us anytime for help with your build.
Customers in the EU and UK
Because our tutorials are digital content you can access right away, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer law ends once you start accessing a tutorial. Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee above still applies to you.
